Wow. Your photography is just gorgeous. The Iceland pics: amazing. I really need to get there before I die. (BTW, If you've never been to Newfoundland, you should go--the landscape is much like Iceland.)
The pic of the hut in your "Tagged" post is THE visual representation of the song "Birthday" by the Sugarcubes (Bjork before her solo days)...this is the "house" the main character lives in. It has to be.
Weyhey! Wow, how'd you do that?! Very cool. :-) Nighty nite, Terry, gotta go get me some sleep, not used to all this working hard malarkey :-D Have a great weekend, if I don't see you around, xoxo
whyioughtta - thanks for stopping by, and welcome. Newfoundland...? I've put it on my list of places to go in my lifetime... thanks! When did you go?
And thanks for the triva about the Sugarcubes. I've heard alot about them lately - mostly in the Grapevine and other news from Iceland. I want to live in that house :-)
Autumn - you like my traffic sign? Just a routine little traffic stopper :-) Wow, you are hitting the sack early tonight. Poor thing you must be tattered after being on your feet all day. Cheers - see you manana.xo
Steve - yes, so it is rumoured... But as best my concept of it is, that is how long I'll love the Bear. Until then... :-) BTW - you have one hellafunny blog. Thanks for stopping by.
Jillie - We'll doing the "Train, Plane and Automobile" route up to Friday Harbor on San Juan Island, WA. Leaving Christmas Day night by plane, and then returning by train on New Years Eve. Is that cool or what? The train will be good. (no driving for us :-D) Hope your trip is wonderful, and filled with great memories.
Blogland (and London!) is not the same without you here. Hey sweetie, hope your weekend is off to a perfect start. Happy Saturday, see you Monday, :-), xoxo
i actually was shocked at how many people were on the road in rush hour in your tiny california town, but then, i also thought wow, how did terry get that sign up there? i should probably get out more often. or maybe less.
hey, have a bon holiday!! you kids do the best road trips! and your're the sweetest couple ever.... xo mushy me
Yep, you've got to get to Newfoundland one day. I think it's the most beautiful place in Canada, and I've been all across this country. My husband and I went there for our honeymoon in 2002. If you fly, rent a car and give yourself a few weeks to drive the whole thing. It's a long but easy drive--there are only 2 highways! The north part of the island has old Viking settlements and long-houses. The east coast is where the people and culture are concentrated. Trée- had an okay weekend - filled with "things I should be doing"... well, I know that YOUR place looks like it is in order and ready for Christmas. ~sigh~
FRED - :-) Happy Friday, Saturday, and even today (Humpday by now LOL) Thanks for the well wishes. How is that winter garden of yours coming?
Angela - :-) always nice to see you. How are things?
Autumn - fooled ya - happy weekend yourself! :)
Awe Lisa - how cute is that? You like the mushy hippie couple? You like my sign? (Okay, it IS rather mushy, but man, ask Autumn, if you saw the Bear you would understand.) :-) Happy day to you.
