Gothic Garden

Grief can take care of itself, but to get the full value of a joy you must have somebody to divide it with.

OMG Terry that's so true...when we're in grief no one can really ease the pain by sharing it...grief is happy on it's own...but happiness has to be shared or else it's sad on it's own...

Is that u in the pic?

Keshi.

Yes Keshi - that is my Bear and I as we prepare to work putting in the winter garden. My joy is multiplied by his existence. :-)

Terry, wonderful picture and wonderful quote. What are you growing in your garden this year?

Hmm - after the digging and scraping and soil improvement, we might put in some broccoli, peas, various lettuces, cauliflower, lots of herbs -cilantro, tarragon, chives (I love the way thyme flowers), and onions. You know, all the stuff you like in a lamb stew :-) I learned how to run the rototiller - ha ha if you want to sleep at night try "running" behind one of those for a couple of hours :-)

What a wonderful, fun blog! I want to be that penguin tomorrow - when you're done. ;)

Thanks for dropping by my blog and thanks for issuing the appropriate challenge. "No Waffling."
This will be my motto. LOL

Even when you just read something interesting or see something funny and can say 'listen to this' or 'look at that', really like the quote - Great picture! Happy, handsome couple :-)

Sherri - it's kind of scary to just put a picture of my life on the internet (I mean, what if someone tells me to dye my hair or something...) but my attitude is que sera sera - this is reality :-)

Ah Keshi - your comments made my day :-)

Terry you are very welcome, you have a great place here just thought I would pass it along :0)

But, that's what makes us all great! The fact that we are different, and unique, and us. I agree, it is kind of scary. It takes courage to put that picture out there. I worry about the same things. If you haven't noticed, I post very few pictures of myself.
