Finally Friday

Say, is that a hole in my sweater? Been that kind of day, I must admit. Happy Friday everybody - it's finally here.

Thanks Tracey. Not doing much tonight - my Sweetie has the flu! Just plug in a movie perhaps - ever seen Smoke Signals?

Happy Friday to you too Terry. You don't want to catch the flu, so give him some chicken soup and come over to my place. No sense in you watching a movie all by yourself. :-)

LOL - fat chance of that! :-) (winks) Boring I know, but we're stuck together like glue. I might bring him by to see the art gallery at your place though... such a classy place.

For me, Smoke Signals is, as I mentioned, a nose ahead of all other contenders right now. Have you sen Grand Canyon, by the way? I have a feeling you'd like it.

That was supposed to be seen, not sen.

You have an amazing gift of loving life. Any chance you could bottle this and sell it? Good stuff.

Greetings Autumn,
Survived the weekend?

Hi Jeanne,

My Love and I watched Smoke Signals in bed with crackers and cheese and popcorn. It was great! Good movie, and we both loved it. Good reflections on Father and Son relationships.

Yes, I've been to and seen the Grand Canyon - it is "suck in your breath" mind boggling to behold. A world wonder for sure.

Oh, I was entirely unclear. I meant a film called "Grand Canyon". But I'm sure the true item surpasses it hundredfold.

I have never seen a film entitled "Grand Canyon" per say, although I have seen many nature documentaries on the Grand Canyon. What is the movie about? Thanks for the other reference (Smoke Signals) we really liked it.

Disappointingly, I have been unable to find a copy of the Icelandic film Hrafninn Flygur. It doesn't appear to be published in the US. :-(
