Grandma will keep them for you. Her house can use some freshening up.

My 2 year old nephew came into the house with his hand over something in his other hand and said, "Look mama...frog."

It was a baby bat.

My sister freaked out, had to call the Animal Control people and get the bat tested for rabies. LOL

ebezp: I'f feel inclined to keep em... every one!

Goldenib - What's the matter - kitty got your tongue? :-)

Lime - What's black and white and read all over? (no, not that old newspaper joke...) ... tiny skunk babies dipped in tomato juice.

G - I knew you'd understand!

Doug: Eau de Skunk Bebe is the fragrance of the day around here.

Lindsey: That is priceless! Kid had the right idea though LOL!

Uh-oh!

I had a baby skunk once when we lived on a ranch in CA. I left it outside in a cage, covered by a towel, but the wind blew off the towel and the sun beat down and killed the little thing. I was very sad.

Very cute... :o
Actually I like the smell of skunk...not to close and not on me...but from a distance...strange...I know ;>

Minka - I didn't know you had skunks in Island...

Galen - Spoken in my very best Pepe Le Peau accent "Eeez eet zafe there?"

Jamie Dawn - I'm so sorry to hear about that! I always wanted to have a skunk. My daughter once put some baby pinkie rats she found in the woodpile on the windowsill to warm them up, and the sun fried them :-(

Yes Keshi - you know little pole cats!

Mo'a - you are in a small class of folks who actually enjoy that musky smell... my middle daughter has always exclaimed how much she likes the scent. Bleah. It blows into my window in the heat of summer, and since I have no air conditioning in my house other than the open windows, I just sit and suffer.
