Well you are doing better than me...no tree yet, no cards written yet, no baking yet, no nothing.... this bug has kept both Hubby and my self pretty muh doing nothing. Very funny cartoon. Hope your "club" heals quickly.
You saved the world - or at least Christmas! Some years ago, I used a lot of snow spray. Looked very good and no hard work. But sometimes the tree itself looks so beautiful that you don´t need any decoration at all.
That is a fun cartoon :) I am so behind in everything...but somehow everything gets done by Christmas...I have got little elves :) and some are even helpful. It is good to be back and to see your wonderful and fun posts.
Photowannabe: Bummer to be laid up around this time of year...I hope you and your hubby get better soon. It seems like Christmas is really coming on fast this year - I'm having trouble keeping up!
SOe - that white stuff is called "flock" here - as is "flocking" your tree. It was a fad here many years ago, but I haven't seen it done recently.
Mo'a - You have been missed in the blogging circles! Good to see you up and around :) Those elves sound very handy.
JJ - I have had more than enough help around the place with the Bear and his Ma :) They did indeed help me put up the tree, and even vacuumed up all the tree needles (poor dead tree). I will not give up turkey carving - once cut twice shy... :)
Lime - We hauled the tree in one night, and decorated it the next night. I always put up the lights (my sweetie and I had a bit of a controversy because I work from the bottom up, he starts at the top - so I did it myself). The lights are my favorite part.
~gkw - Some of us are more organized than others... LOL I'm not done with the Christmas chores until I wake up on Christmas morning :)
SoCal Sal - ROFL - you are hilarious. Nice tie-in to Wednesday.
Ariel - You know the secrets of men, don't you!! Ha ha I know that is true.
Nessa - I "re-decorate" every time I go by the tree... adjusting the ornaments, the lights, the branches... can't help myself.
Logo - A tree decorated with love is the prettiest kind.

EWWWWW HAHAHHHAAAA, you could always do what the dogs did and pretend it was decorated with snow
:O
Great cartoon. I guess a teensy little beagle puppy would help a lot right now.
Hmmm, I've been thinking about this one handed ball hanger, and you're right, it's wrong!
That must be all boy dogs. Us girl dogs don't do that.
HAHAHAHAHA!
Keshi.

I already have the tree up, the presents bought, all I have to do now is get about 5 presents wrapped.... enjoying the season now...
Just think what will happen to the tree after they’ve have had a few egg nogs. Happy HUMP day! LOL
I bet that lot's of men are envy of those dogs. :-P
Just don't let your pets help!
My kids helped me so the tree was exuberantly if somewhat carelesslessly decorated, but I think its lovely
That is sooo funny.
Decorating is a full time job.
Anonymous - ewwwww is right! Can't reason with a dog when he is lifting his leg...
Doug - I had to stop reading after your comment: I was completely overwhelmed by the urge to go to the Beagle Rescue and GET A PUPPY.
Red Mojo - Hard to get your mind around, huh?
Icy, Ladies like you NEVER pee in the house. Definitely the boys lifting their legs!
Keshi - Ho Ho HO!
