Lime - YES, the battles of the week are soon to be in the past.
LOL Tom & Icy. Really, I can't play chess because I actually don't take it too well at all when someone murders my queen. I've been known to throw the entire game at the wall... but hey, that was 34 years ago...
SOe - This one (battle) looks a tad more violent.
SoCal Sal - my cheerleading days are far behind. (I was more into gymnastics anyway) I saw some er, older gals come out on the field to play at the Old Farts Stanford Band reunion... they were very brave to show their stuff all these years later. HA HA. Braver than I'll ever be :D
Nessa - Fridays always take the longest time in getting here, and then the shortest time making tracks. Why is that?
Okay my dear sad beagle faced Doug - cheer up. I put up something a bit more soothing to the soul for you above. At least it is for me :D
Red Mojo - Day 5 is coming and going... been a good girl so far. Even the Bear is surviving on it without too much growling. Thank you again for the inspiration - 'cause you were. :)
Ariel - when I posted it, I had you in mind for some reason. Of course, no once touches your queen.
Actonbell - Somehow I feel bigger than those little chess pieces. Therefore, I'm not devastated. (My games are usually not so gory as all that LOL)
Ms Anon - Happy summer time Friday and half over weekend to you too!

tgif!
Someone took the game a little too seriously. I bet he got caught with the wrong queen.
I LOVE it!!! Reminds me on the chess battle in the first Harry Potter Movie.
I second that! Once I’m through the weekend it should be getting back to normal.
Though I am looking for that spirited cheerleader *chortle*
Friday couldn't come fast enough. That picture is good.
I love it. Thanks for cheering me up as the weekend starts.
Very Cute. TGIF
How's your 11 days going? Email me if you have time.
Oh, the king! Oh, the humanity!
Three cheers for the photographer. I love that picture.
HAAHAA (well it isn't THAT funny), HAPPY weekend to you Terry!
