Three years ago today I made my first post. We celebrated tonight with 50 oysters which we bought at Tomales Bay - we ate every single one (my son Joe helped shuck them). Hard to believe it has only been three years - seems like forever. Lately I've been ill - *(still am - took off work today feeling like Typhoid Terry) but had a great trip out of town in spite of the crappola that goes along with being sick... heck if you are going to be sick, you might as well be in nice surroundings. Nothing like a campfire on the rugged California coast to help things along. I'll be back soon with pictures.. (I know, famous last words) xo

If you're going to be sick, might as well have fun. Interesting idea. And congratulations on the three years.
well happy blogiversary! that's exciting. glad you could enjoy a special treat to celebrate too.
Three years! Wow. You're impressive! I hope you feel better soon, I'm sure all of my hitting with pillows has helped immensely.
3 years! WOW! Congrats! I hope you feel soon good enough to come back to the blogger world. If 50 oysters didn´t not helf, I have no idea that could help :-)
Happy anniversary! You started with good pictures 3 years ago. Be better soon and have fun till then!
feed a cold - starve a fever -- mmmm the oyster fest was grand last night... remember cod liver oil cures all
Tom & Icy - Being away from the daily grind at work made the reality of my cold seem like a dream. PS: I hope you are not in the flood zone.
actonbell - Thanks. Those blogging years just flew by in the wink of an eye. Right now this cough drop tastes good.
Lime - I just called it celebrating - personally I think eating oysters is celebrating just all by itself! Thanks for your visit - I've been out of the loop for a bit but will be by to see you shortly.
Red Mojo - I'm winning with the tootsie roll pillows girl... watch out!
SOe - I'm back, albeit so slowly. The tonic of fabulously fresh oysters, a crisp chardonay and good family company was excellent in helping me back to good health.
Ariel the Thief: I'm baaaaaccckkk.. coughing like a mad woman but back just the same :)
anonymous - okay, close my eyes - I'm ready for my dose of Icelandic cod liver oil. *gulp* Hurry up, where's that cough drop?
You're a hundred fifty in blog years!
sorry to hear about your typhoid,
Mary.
(would you like oysters with that?)

Happy Anniversary!
I guess you like oysters?
Hey Terry, I hope you feel better and the oysters helped out too. Get better and I look forward to more posts from you.
Awww...happy 3 years! I have two coming up but right now I am so burnt out on it and just kind of taking a break. Just miss all of my favorite people right now so stopping by to say hello! Hope you're feeling better Terry!

Happy Blogaversary! Sorry, I did not see this on Tuesday as I have not been blogging. I am glad to have found you and your little corner of the world, sis. :)
Feel good!
Feel better soon!
Lots of people celebrating blog anniversaries. Sorry your sick. I know how that takes the fun out of life and even out of such an achievement as three years of blogging. Get well quick.
Blogaversery. Hmm, interesting word. I'll have to add it to my list. Hope you feel better Terry. I enjoy your pictures very much.

Wow, three years. I only have one hobby that's lasted more than three years, and it's not an appropriate topic for a PG-blog.
Congratulations!
Well, I hope they aren't really last words!
