Dog's thoughts - "I can't believe their makin' me wear this. Please, shoot me now."

A dog in a rabbit suit . Is that like a wolf in sheep's clothing?
Perhaps, my dog could get one of those so she could sneak up on the rabbit she can't catch.

HAHA, Dr John stole my line! A dog in rabbit's clothing! Hoping August will be a rabbit in dog's clothing for you ;)

Ariel the Thief - yes, that is the response I was striving for.

Yellowdog Granny - yes, Beagles deserve to be brought out of their snobbish bunny chasing ways once in a while...

Doug - this one had your name all over it.

JJ - So far I have yet to see good luck this month. Perhaps I shouldn't have tried to clothe a beagle in rabbit's clothing. He was darn cute though, wasn't he?

Jan - Awe - he was really hoping people would think those were his OWN muscles... LOL!

Sister Celtic: Don't let Kemo look or he might get ideas...

Will Doohan - oh well, he DOES look a bit harumphed, doesn't he?

Dr. John - It doesn't matter what tricks a beagle might try to play - rabbits always win.

Anonymous - So far this August has been nothing but trouble...(except for the lovely camping trip I embarked on over the weekend) I think I'm getting fired. Maybe the disguise didn't work.

Tom and Icy - didn't you get fooled? It was supposed to be a rabbit.

Photowannabe - Thanks dear for the nice thought :) Still waiting...

Actonbell - Happy Birthday by the way! Silly dog pictures come in handy for blackmailing the rascal ;)

Jillie - ha ha ha!! I love that image - and yes (she says evilly)revenge is sweet pleasure-all the nights I was led by the baying of the beagle on the loose at 2am in the hills... the neighbors HATED us.

Outdoorsy Girl - What a hoot! You don't need any luck - you got bears on your side :)

Fred - you have knack - were you ever a newscaster?

Hey Keshi - having a great summer I hope? (Or is that ... spring? I have been neglecting my blog friends, but dropping by to see yours was wonderful. I miss having the time to peruse all your lovely/funny/witty and honest posts. I love having an Indian friend across the waves.

Catnapping - you understand his logic... except that he has already planned and executed his revenge many, many times over. The misery never stops... ha ha.

Jeanne - Your comments are few and far between, but those that do come through really pack a whollop. Happy Summer to you and yours. PS - haven't received my next chapter yet.

no, i think the clothing
of beagle in bunny's clothing
is probably what prevented you
from having worse luck...
it dont get much cuter'n that.

javajazz said...

oh, i just read you might get fired!
congratulations!
isnt that GOOD luck?
(when one door closes,
etc etc...?)
mazel tov i say!
you need to be around
people and things
that inspire you,
not who deflate you...!
see? its good luck!
