TODAYS REALITY

The edge of a glacier. A different reality. It's funny how many daily realities I find myself in. There's the work reality, with all the executive cast and crew at the office. Then there is the home and family reality, where the drama, comedy of children or loved ones, chores and household shannigans reign. I have another reality where it is just me and my dreams & aspirations. This is the reality where I like to hang out a lot. Anything can happen in this world. I can plan a future trip to a foreign land, stroll back into the hazy events of the past, transport myself to into a beautiful picture which I can see from the computer screen, or simply imagine or wonder about something which may or may not happen further down the road, in what is the reality of my very life. Realities change sometimes - from that familiarity of what we know, to that of stark contrast; of bewildering confusion, in the blink of an eye. Although profoundly abrupt, in the long run, that change can provide a new path, a new way of thinking or behaving that was not possible in the prior reality.

I like the bit of your reality that's been overlapping mine lately.

My reality isn't so fun lately...I need a new one. Preferably filled with goodlooking men.

Beautiful picture.

Jeanne, that is a nice thing to say! Interesting perspective though :-)

Linny - good looking men are a dime a dozen - like good looking women... hope a guy comes by for you that has the perfect heart and personality as well :-)

Hi Trace - nice hat :-)

Hey Tai, nice to see you here. Thanks for coming by. I'm a sucker for day dreams and nice pictures :-)

Well Trée, coming from the KING of images himself, I'm delighted to hear your opinion. Something about blue and ice always looks incredibly nice...
