When I look at this picture
of the boat floating on a serene sea,
it is like taking a deep breath of calm.

Now I'm stressed because all my blogroll just disappeared. Guess I have achieved hermit-dom.

I bet the guys in the boat are breathing a breath of calm now that they are back near the shore.

We can still find you, Terry.

Scenes like that make me think of the movie Jaws.

Sorry about the technical issues. I always use other people's blogrolls. :)

Oh, yes, I could need a bit calm! Everything is stormy right now in Iceland. I hope, we will survive the storm!

Oh those are just the most perfect words for that photo... I have posted the next excerpt of The Plump WAG's Club. Your comments would be very much appreciated again. I also have some very exciting news about my non fiction novel coming soon but I will post that either on my Zaftig to Aspie' blog or over on my 'Chez Aspie' blog..or both! :) xo

And nowadays, this is just what we need.

I don't need to click on my blogroll to get here anymore, the Black Box does it for me.

TOM & Icy = I can see that you both aren't much on sailing... not to worry :) Either am I. I prefer to watch from the shore :)

Doug - Thank goodness I can still click on your comment links to get back to your blogs... Otherwise I would go mad!

Ariel the Thief - Jaws was one of the most absolute best movies of the seventies! I'm ashamed that I am so ignorant of the movies of Hungary - forgive me. I never saw a single shark whilst up in the San Juan Islands of Washington... although we did see some Orca (Killer) whales from that same window view, and we also saw 5 sea otters.

Unfortunately the blogroll thingy isn't working yet, so I have to wing it.

SOe - I think Iceland will weather this storm better than the US - in fact I'm seriously considering buying a summer home to stay in there with these great prices! Now all I have to do is learn to make a living in Iceland!

My Love - I think Florida is on the next destination. Tobin did well in the truck on the way to Washington: what's a trip by truck to Florida? (If he doesn't make it, at least we'll know we didn't abandon him).xoxo

Sreddy Yen - what a joy to have you comment here. Thanks a bunch - your pictures and poetry make my day. Your stories *i.e. Jack and the Beanstalk* are superb :) Keep up the good work.

JJ - Blogrolls are scary... I lost my sense of security when I lost my blogroll :( Now how on earth will I ever remember all my friends?

I HAVE been at sea without a paddle, but somehow I think that has nothing to do with my hallucinations... heh heh.

Yellowdog Granny - Oh dear. Sorry dear - didn't mean to begin a hacking war...at this point I'm not sure who would actually win, although you take the cake for longest suffering.

JJ - what the heck? Are you talking about the peanuts I throw to my jays everyday? Or merely the seagulls and cormorants out there eating crab guts on the rocks?

Sister Celtic: HAH! Like you and your Sweetie need my help. Gee whiz, give me a break. You guys have the Island locked in!

Mz. Sister Celtic - I had so much so much trouble trying to get to your blog space... it kept giving me errors one after the other, so I gave up to only a day or two at a time jest... I think it is fixed now.

Dr. John - thank YOU so much for your always optimistic comments. Truly you are one of a kind in today's random blogoshpere.

Ariel the Thief = Alas, look at my post above... :( but also thanks for the great enthusiasm.

DJ Kirkby: Read the Plump WAGs Club - and enjoyed every minute of it very thoroughly. You are a great writer - may it carry on! :)

Fred - I too love that black box! Brings many nice adventures, including some folks whom I 've continued with general correspondence, She may be right... I've been so tired on some of the checks how could they have possibly known any diffrence

If you could package the feeling that this photo imparts, you'd be rich.
